can be requested for an extra fee of 20€.
You are welcome to store your luggage with us and use the roof terrace before check in or after check out.
All extra goods and services must be paid for before check out.
House Rules
Maracuya Gay House offers a safe, fun, and judgment-free space for all guests to enjoy. In order to guarantee a pleasant stay, we kindly ask you to review our house rules.
Non-compliance may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 08:00 (no loud music or noise)

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms and other indoor spaces.

No parties or chills allowed

Visitors are not allowed between 23:00 to 08:00. During other hours visitors are permitted in the rooms, they are also welcome to enjoy the roof terrace, if they purchase a Day Pass for just 10€, including one complimentary drink and a towel.
Cancellation Policy
The deposit of 20% amount of stay is required on reservation.
Free cancellation up to 14 day before arrival.
You will pay 50% of stay if you cancel up until 3 days before arrival.
You will pay the full stay amount if you cancel within arrival day. No show fee is full stay amount.
